Welcome to Notting Hill Interiors terms and conditions. Please read this document prior to shopping online with us. By using this website and/or purchasing products off us you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

Products displayed on this site can be purchased using a secure online MasterCard and Visa Transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.

At Notting Hill Interiors we respect your privacy and protecting customer’s confidentiality of personal information is of the utmost importance to us. Notting Hill Interiors will not disclose any customer information to third parties without first giving customers an opportunity to opt-out of certain kinds of disclosures. However, disclosures necessary to prevent fraud, effect, administrator, or enforce a transaction requested by you to companies that preform services for us may be necessary

Availability

Our products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw temporarily or permanently, the website or any part of it; without notice to you.

As we carry over 14,000 stocked items, please note that some stock shown on our website may not be on display in our showroom, but in our warehouse. Please contact us 24 hours prior Monday - Friday between 9.30am - 5.00pm to make sure your item is avaialble to collect from our Tirau Store. 

Pricing

Notting Hill Interiors is stated in NZ dollars, including GST of 15%. We reserve the right to change any price without warning. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the integrity of pricing, and update price changes effectively. Advertised specials are only available while stocks lasts

Colours

Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, Notting Hill Interiors cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery charges are as follows:

North Island (max 3kgs) $5.00

South Island (max 3kgs) $10.00

Rural Delivery is an extra charge

North Island + Rural $10.00 (max 3kg)

South Island + Rural $15.00 (max 3kg)

*please note that we may contact you for an extra delivery charge if you place an order and it exceeds 3kgs

For ALL larger items + in store collection: You may choose to collect your own furniture in person from our store. If so, you will need to liaise with us regarding time frames & logistics prior to collection.

Please contact us 24 hours prior Monday - Friday between 9.30am - 4.30pm to make sure your item is available to collect from our Tirau Store as. 

Alternatively we can arrange a freight quote for you with our preferred carrier. Call us on 07 883 1777 for these arrangements.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our products, we will not accept any returned goods unless they have been delivered faulty or damaged. If they are either damaged or faulty, please contact the shop via phone or email within 2 days of receiving goods. We will meet our obligations under the consumer guarantee’s Act to provide a remedy. Under that Act in the first instance we reserve the right to repair or replace the goods. If we are unable to repair or replace the goods a store credit will be issued. We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so please choose carefully.

Ordering

All Items on our website were in stock the previous day. Therefore should a product be sold in store before the website is updated, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your payment.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract of purchase exists between us. Once your order has been finalised we will email you a second confirmation of order and dispatch details.

Cancellation

Once you have placed your order and payment has been made you cannot cancel your order so please shop carefully.
