A complex blend of fragrant French herbes de Provence, juniper berries and pink peppercorns. Sprinkle over whole roast lamb, chops, cutlets and kebabs. Also great over roast vegetables and grilled mushrooms.
Ingredients: Freshly ground and small batch-blended in New Zealand from the highest quality local and imported vegan ingredients: Herbes de Provence, Rubbed Thyme, Rosemary, Fennel Seeds, Organic NZ Kosher Sea Salt, Culinary Lavender, Juniper Berries and Pink Peppercorns.
How to use: Sprinkle or massage Raptor Rubs all over lamb roasts, chops, cutlets and kebabs before whole roasting, frying, grilling and barbecuing. Rub strips of lamb fillets and portobello mushrooms then grill or fry gently and toss through salads and roast vegies. Raptor Rubs are also delicious on other vegetables and game meats including venison and duck.
